Blue City shopping centre is owned and managed by Blue City sp. z o.o. The majority share (51%) belongs to a Dutch investment group. Foreign investors of Blue City have their interest in properties all over the world. Presently, our investor is involved with two projects in Warsaw: Blue City Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Jerozolimskie Alley and an office building project in Mokotów.
